01Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to enrol. Learners under 18 may enrol only with the consent of a parent or lawful guardian, who agrees to these Terms on the learner’s behalf and is responsible for the learner’s compliance with them.
02Programs and enrolment
- Program details — levels, number of days, curriculum, projects and fees — are described on the relevant program page.
- Submitting an application does not guarantee a seat. We may accept or decline an application at our discretion.
- You must give accurate, complete and current information, and keep it up to date.
- Your enrolment is personal to you and cannot be transferred to another person.
03Fees and payments
- Each level has a regular fee and a student fee. The student fee is available only on valid proof of current student status; if it cannot be verified, the difference up to the regular fee becomes payable.
- Payments are processed securely by our payment partners — Razorpay, Cashfree and PhonePe — under their own terms. All fees shown are exclusive of GST, which is added at the applicable rate at checkout.
- EMI and education loans are offered through third-party lending partners. Any loan is a separate agreement between you and the lender; its approval, interest, charges and repayment schedule are set by the lender, and your repayment obligations continue as per that agreement.
- Access to the program may be paused if a payment or instalment is not received on time.
04Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
05Schedules and program changes
We may change batch dates, session timings, mentors, tools or curriculum content to keep programs current and deliverable. We will inform enrolled learners of material changes in advance where possible. If we cancel a batch, you will receive the options described in the Refund Policy.
06Live sessions and recordings
Live sessions are recorded, and recordings are made available to enrolled learners of the batch for their personal, non-commercial learning only. All sessions, recordings, slides, code samples, assignments and other course materials are the copyright and confidential property of Zillion Digital Technologies Pvt. Ltd..
You must not, directly or through anyone else:
- download, screen-record, capture, copy or otherwise reproduce any live session or recording, except through features we explicitly provide;
- share, forward, sell, rent, lend or distribute recordings, links or course materials to anyone;
- upload, post or store them on any website, video platform, social media, messaging group or channel (for example YouTube, Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, Discord), file-sharing or cloud-storage service, or torrent — whether publicly or privately;
- share your login or access with anyone else.
We may watermark content and monitor access to detect misuse. Any violation will result in immediate termination of your access without refund, withholding or revocation of your certificate, and legal action — including claims for damages and injunctions under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and other applicable laws. We may also request removal of infringing copies from any platform and disclose your details to authorities where required.
07Your account and access
Access to live classes, recordings and learning tools is personal to you. Keep your login details confidential; you are responsible for activity under your access. Tell us immediately at hello@heyzillion.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
08Learner conduct and academic integrity
- Treat mentors, staff and fellow learners with respect. Harassment, discrimination, abusive language, spam and disruptive behaviour are not tolerated.
- Using AI is encouraged — it is part of how we teach. But you must understand, test and be able to explain the important code and decisions in work you submit. Submitting work you cannot explain, or copying other learners’ work, is a breach of these Terms.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, hack, overload or reverse-engineer our website, tools or systems.
09Certificates
A Certificate of Completion is issued when you complete the program and build your own portfolio website showcasing the work you did in it. Certificates are issued by Zilliant and are not a university degree or government-accredited qualification. We may withhold or revoke a certificate if it was obtained through plagiarism, misrepresentation or a breach of these Terms.
10Intellectual property
- All course content, recordings, curriculum, question banks, branding, logos and website content belong to Zillion Digital Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use them during and for your own learning.
- Projects you build are yours. You own the code and content you create in mini projects and your capstone. You grant us permission to showcase your project name, description and demo (with credit to you) in our marketing, unless you ask us not to.
11Career outcomes
Our programs are designed to build real, job-relevant skills and a portfolio of work. However, we do not guarantee employment, internships, placements, interviews, salary levels or any particular career outcome. Any salary figures, testimonials or outcome statistics are illustrative and depend on individual effort, background and market conditions.
12Self-Assessment and Zora
The Self-Assessment and our AI counsellor Zora provide guidance to help you choose a program and level. Their results are informational, are not a certification or admission decision, and may not always be accurate. Zora is an AI system and can make mistakes; please confirm important details with our team.
13Third-party tools and services
Programs may use third-party tools, platforms and APIs (for example, AI model providers, code hosting and cloud services). Your use of them is subject to their own terms and pricing, and some may require you to create your own account. We are not responsible for their availability, changes or charges.
14Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Our website and programs are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zillion Digital Technologies Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, and our total liability to you for any claim relating to a program will not exceed the fees you actually paid for that program.
15Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Zillion Digital Technologies Pvt. Ltd. against any claims, losses or costs arising from your breach of these Terms — including misuse of recordings or course materials — or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
16Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access, without refund, if you breach these Terms, misuse recordings or course materials, fail to pay fees due, or act in a way that harms other learners, mentors or Zilliant.
17Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve any issue amicably. Subject to that, the courts at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
18Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change, and continued use of the website or program after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
